Tania was born on 6 May 1993, in Jamshedpur, Jharkhand Punjab. She had completed her graduation and post graduation in interior designing and also did theatre for 4 years.

During her fourth semester of graduation, Tania cleared the audition of Bollywood movie Surbjit but due to her exams on the same dates, the actress had to let go of the role, as her mother did not agree with the idea of taking her exams on leverage. She debuted with the movie Qismat and play the role of the second female lead in a movie. She acted as the main lead in a Sufna movie which was a box office hit. The actress accepted the fact that she is not obsessed with lead roles as long as the character seems appealing to her and she is impressed with the story she will love to play that role.
Tania Hobbies: The actress loves to travel alone, she said that traveling alone make her more productive and she feels peace of mind. She loves to make a solo trip. Tania is also a pet lover and excepting crocodile she almost loves every animal. She also loves dancing and was a national-level classical dancer.
